General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkbdt platform and all services under it. By visiting the kkbdt website, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.

This document is a legal agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the kkbdt platform.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on kkbdt, you must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account or using the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. kkbdt reserves the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, or multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, may result in bonus forfeiture and permanent account closure.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kkbdt support immediately.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other automated method to access the platform is prohibited.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended for security.

Account Verification Process

kkbdt reserves the right to verify the identity of any account. We may ask you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile wallet account
• Proof of current address (recent utility bill)

kkbdt may suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete. Submitting false documents is an offence that may result in full account cancellation.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on the kkbdt platform are currently supported through the following mobile wallet methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Additional time may be required if verification is needed or unusual activity is detected.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• Deposited funds will be returned only to the payment method registered with the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount — not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) in bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a promotion only once.
• Eligibility for bonuses will be verified by kkbdt.
• Fraudulent attempts to claim bonuses may result in account cancellation.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; wagering requirements must be met.
• kkbdt reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.

5.4 Promotional Bonus Validity

Each promotion has a specific validity period stated in the bonus description. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

kkbdt follows a fair play policy. All games and betting markets are operated in a neutral and transparent manner. Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game is illegal and may result in immediate account cancellation.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be cancelled. Bet payouts are determined based on the outcome of the event. kkbdt reserves the right to review disputed or unusual bets.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

6.4 Technical Issues

In the event of server disruptions, internet connection problems, or other technical errors, kkbdt will review the relevant bet or game round and make a decision. kkbdt's decision on such matters will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbdt platform and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Engaging in any fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform.
• Transacting using third-party payment methods.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.

kkbdt reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

10.3 Balance of a Closed Account

For accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, any bonus balance will be forfeited. For regular balances, kkbdt will make a decision subject to investigation.

Limitation of Liability

kkbdt provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:

• Game or betting losses due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by a user disclosing their own account credentials.
• Losses caused by third-party software or device issues.
• Unforeseen technical errors beyond kkbdt's control.

kkbdt will not be liable under any circumstances for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, unless required by law.
